Booksy allows you to book your appointment online or through the app. Its quick and easy to follow. Following your booking Chloe requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
Depending on the treatment, a patch sensitivity test may be required.
Semi-permanent make up – If the client has never had it done before and requires a patch test it must be at least 24 hours prior to the treatment.
Nanoblading and LVL lash clients must have a patch test at least 24 hours prior to the treatment.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is received. The deposit may be transferred to another available date when you give at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment. The deposit is accounted towards your treatment price.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Health and safety is our utmost concern. Upon booking your appointment Chloe will send you your pre and after care advise including contraindications. It is crucial to go through these documents and make sure none are applicable to you. If so, please inform Chloe as soon as possible. A consultation form for each treatment is to be completed. If it is not your first time with Chloe, Chloe will make sure nothing has changed in your medical health from your previous consultation form before pursuing a treatment. All client record forms are 100% confidential and highly respected. It is your responsibility to ensure you are a suitable candidate for the treatment you are booking, by reading and knowing the contraindications for the specific treatment. If you are unsure, please ask Chloe. Deposits may be withheld in the event Chloe is unable to perform a treatment.
Chloe will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide Chloe with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Chloe will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of failure to disclose such details.
You agree to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to you by Chloe regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Chloe’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Chloe’s negligence.
If you are wanting to reschedule your appointment Chloe requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be moved over to the new date. Appointments cannot be re arranged more than twice. Re arranging your appointment has to be within a 90-day window from the original date.
Once making your booking you accept the minimum cancellation is 7 days, anything after this creates a financial loss for the business therefore your deposit will be lost. The same applies for if you was to not turn up for your appointment for an unseen circumstance.
Chloe kindly asks her clients to refrain from using their mobile phone during the treatment and to keep it on silent so no interruptions will impact the treatment time.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Unfortunately, if you are any later than 10 minutes Chloe is under no obligation but to cancel the appointment as treatment times are booked accordingly, deposits will also be lost.
Pictures and sometimes videos are taken before and after the procedure for reference purposes and our own records. They may be used for advertising and marketing purposes on social media and also for future teaching materials and other lawful purposes. If you don’t wish to have your photo taken, please inform Chloe.
Cash or Card are accepted as a payment method. Bank transfer or cheques are not accepted as a payment method on the day of the treatment. Prices are subject to change at any time unless you have had the appointment booked ahead of time.
Gift cards for all treatments are available. Please contact us for more details. They cannot be sold and have to be used within 12 months.
Treatments and products are non-refundable and may not be exchanged.
